Kerry Consulting is partnering with a leading industrial operator to appoint a Maintenance Manager to lead site maintenance and asset reliability across a critical operations environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited for an engineering professional who thrives in fast-paced, safety-critical settings and enjoys building strong teams, robust systems, and high-performing contractor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site-wide maintenance strategies aligned with corporate standards, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.

• Ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of plant and operational assets through robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Drive asset integrity initiatives, including inspection planning, backlog prevention, and risk-based maintenance execution.

• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling activities to maximise equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

• Oversee CMMS/EAM systems, ensuring accurate asset data, documentation control, and audit-ready records.

• Manage departmental budgets, resource planning, and cost control to meet operational and business objectives.

• Oversee contractor and vendor performance to ensure delivery within scope, safety, cost, and schedule expectations.

• Lead sustaining and growth CAPEX projects, including scope definition, cost estimation, technical evaluation, and execution oversight.

• Champion a strong safety culture by reviewing risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reinforcing safe work practices.

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to build technical capability, accountability, and a disciplined, process-driven operating environment.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of engineering experience within chemical, petrochemical, energy, storage, or heavy industrial environments.

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering.

• Strong background in maintenance, reliability, and asset integrity management.

• Working knowledge of Singapore safety regulations and industrial standards (e.g., API, SS).

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability.

• Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
