Responsibilities
- Manage the company's Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, including maintenance readiness for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Organize and coordinate maintenance tasks across the facility, covering both building facilities and chemical manufacturing equipment.
- Oversee all electrical operations within the company, including supervision of contractors and basic electrical works where applicable.
- Ensure technical documentation, risk evaluations, and FMEA are current and accurate for maintenance activities, including submissions to relevant authorities.
- Control the budget for the Maintenance Division. (Including spare parts inventory, quotations, price negotiation, and ordering.)
- Take part in both internal and external audits. (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 related audits.
Requirements
- Experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety management, preferably within a chemical manufacturing environment.
- LEW license preferred basic knowledge of electrical systems required.
- Knowledge of ISO management standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and auditing processes.
- Experience conducting Risk Assessments and FMEA.
- Proficient in AutoCAD for updating technical drawings. (Added advantage.)
