Role Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of systems in production, ensuring operational stability and readiness
- Lead and manage major incidents (Sev 1 / Sev 2) from detection to resolution
- Coordinate across infrastructure, system, and application teams during incidents and escalations
- Produce and present high-quality incident reports, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive actions
- Represent the maintenance function in operational meetings with external customers and stakeholders
- Communicate system health, risks, and recovery plans to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Work closely with Day-1 project teams on release planning, cutover, and operational handover
- Validate operational readiness and enforce Day-2 acceptance criteria before go-live
- Define and enforce maintenance SOPs, escalation paths, and ITIL-aligned processes
- Drive service quality improvements and reduce recurring operational issue
- Lead and coordinate Day-2 infra, system, and application support teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a Maintenance Manager / Operations Lead / Production Support Lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience in IT Maintenance / Day-2 Operations.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end incident management, including major incidents.
- Proven ability to write high-quality incident reports suitable for external customers.
- Experience preparing and presenting maintenance and incident slides to external stakeholders.
- Strong experience working with project (Day-1) teams on release planning, handover, and support readiness.
- Solid understanding of ITIL-based service management practices.
- Ability to operate effectively in 24/7 operational environments.
