Maintenance Engineer (West/ Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues

. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems or malfunctions in a timely manner

. Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work

. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels

. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures

. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field

. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, especially for semiconductor environment.

. Hands-on technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

. Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

. Possess a good interest for equipment & data analytics using Python / Minitab.

. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
