Maintenance Engineer

. Responsible for the general maintenance of the building facilities, mechanical and electrical equipment and plant rooms
. Service, repair and maintain all mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the hotel
. Repair and troubleshoot all air conditioning, refrigerated and electrical systems including auxiliary throughout the hotel
. To ensure all audiovisual equipment and system are maintained to manufactures specification to ensure trouble free operation at all times
. Follow up preventive maintenance, repairs and servicing
. Keep the department informed on all matters regarding the maintenance of the property
. Provide technical support and advice to any other departments, in the best interest of the Hotel
. Keep inventory of building maintenance tools, equipment, machinery and spares
. Conduct regular energy audits as part of an effective energy conservation program
. Any other tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be required for the needs of the business and to fulfil your role

Requirements

. Minimum 3 years of relevant of work experience required
. Energetic, proactive and service-oriented
. Preferably with strong facilities and maintenance background with a major in hotel facility operation.
. Willing to perform rotating shifts (including night shifts)
