Maintenance Engineer (Furnace/Annealing)

Experience on

# Annealing Furnace equipment OR injection moulding

Working Hours - 9am to 6pm /5days

Location - Tuas

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on key equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.

• Implement condition-based monitoring using sensors (vibration, temperature, pressure, etc.).

• Assist in deploying machine learning algorithms in collaboration with the data analytics team.

• Work closely with IT/Digital/Automation teams to integrate sensor and equipment data into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and real-time dashboards.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records and prepare for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Qualifications/Required

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

. Min 3- 5 years of working experience in industrial maintenance

. Direct experience in Furnace Equipment will be advantage

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities able to interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control logic diagrams.
