MAINTENANCE ENGINEER / COORDINATOR

Job Description:

. Organise and liaise with Home owners, HDB & Agencies, Managing Agents(MA), Consultants and Developer/Client.

. Coordinate with various Project Team including Inter-Department.

. Coordinate with Subcontractors/Suppliers/Vendors.

. Conduct joint inspection and investigation works.

. Schedule, arrange, supervise and monitor rectification works, in accordance to agreed/approved timeline ,procedures/processes, drawings and MOS.

. Conduct safety checks to ensure safety compliance at all time(PTW, PPE, Risk Assessment etc.).

. Manage and control resources given (mainly workers, materials, tools, equipment and cost)

. Prepare inspection/investigation findings and closure report.

. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports (Status of rectification works progress including achievement).

. Evaluate resources given including Subcontractors/Suppliers/Vendors on quality, performance and productivities.

. Guide and train workers to improve on safety awareness, skill and technical knowledge, in line with company SOP and direction.

Job Requirements:

. Min 3 years of experience in related field. Experience with BTO projects is an advantage.

. Able to communicate well and handle various stakeholders.

. Good technical knowledge on materials, sequencing of construction and method of rectification works for multiple trades.

. Possesses minimum a Building Construction Supervisors Safety(BCSS) certificate. Obtained Manage Work At Height certificate(MWAH) is an advantage.

. Proficient in MS Office software. Knowledge in digital platform is an advantage.

. Strong in planning, coordinating and executing works independently.
