Job Descriptions:
- Lead a team of Mechanical Supervisors and contractors to execute plant modifications and civil works, ensuring timely completion, adherence to safety standards, and minimal disruption to plant operations.
- Coordinate closely with plant operators and maintenance teams to safely carry out plant modification works while preserving facility integrity.
- Provide engineering support for troubleshooting and resolving plant issues.
- Conduct engineering studies, prepare cost estimates, and oversee the execution of plant modifications and projects aimed at enhancing performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with Purchasing to prepare bidding documents, perform technical evaluations, and select contractors for major engineering projects.
- Organize and deliver training programs for staff and contractors to improve skills and competencies.
- Implement and maintain management systems in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SS506, HAZOP, and Safety Case standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and archiving of as-built drawings, work procedures, and engineering specifications.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in fixed equipment and piping work, preferably within the petrochemical, oil, or gas industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a strong team spirit.
