Maintenance cum Store Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Maintenance cum Store Assistant to support daily operations across maintenance, stock movement, and basic logistics. The role requires a valid driving license and the ability to assist in both store-related and general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance Duties

. Carry out basic maintenance and repair work in outlets and HQ

. Assist in troubleshooting minor facility issues (e.g. lighting, fixtures, equipment)

. Report and escalate major maintenance issues when required

. Ensure cleanliness and functionality of operational equipment

2. Store & Inventory Support

. Assist in receiving, packing, and organizing stock

. Perform stock transfers between outlets when required

. Maintain proper inventory records and ensure accurate stock handling

. Assist in stock count and monthly inventory checks

3. Delivery & Transportation

. Drive company vehicle to deliver/collect goods, documents, or stock

. Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of items

. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of vehicle

. Follow all traffic rules and company transport procedures

4. General Support

. Support outlet operations when required

. Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards

Requirements

. Valid Class 3 driving license (Singapore)

. Physically fit and able to carry moderate loads

. Hands-on, proactive, and responsible attitude

. Able to work independently with minimal supervision

. Prior experience in maintenance, logistics, or storekeeping is an advantage

. Basic understanding of inventory handling preferred
