Job Description & Requirements
The person will be responsible for the maintenance of security systems of customer sites. He/She will ensure that any faults pertaining to the functional and operational aspects of the systems are being rectified based on the Service Level Requirement SLA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform route Preventive Maintenance, patching and updates of the system.
- Provide Corrective Maintenance works/activities for frontend devices such as access control readers, controllers, CCTV.
- Responsible for the deployed system functionalities and working condition at all times.
- Perform fault rectifications, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing and commissioning to meet contractual requirements.
- Working as a team to support operations, ensure optimum uptime and achieve business KPI.
- Collate reports and checklist of PM works for billing purpose and CM works report for filing.
- Prepare/updates service checklist.
- Monitor of spare parts availability to support and meet downtime of system. Monitor of EOL/EOS of equipment installed.
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on site matters, work schedule and quality of work.
- Support Contract administration works (Ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenance checklist and asset list).
- Assist A&A work/ VO work for sites during maintenance cycle.
- Perform other job responsibilities as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- With electrical engineering experiences are also welcome.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Maintenance industry, preferably in Physical Security System market. Those with project execution experience will be added advantage.
- Able to be on standby for fault recall after office hours, based on rotation basis.
- Knowledge in Security /Server System / Network equipment will be an added advantage.
- Possess good analytical skills and ability to communicate with customers at all level.
- The ability to work quickly and under pressure. Good problem-solving skills needed.
