Maintenance & Project Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP and ACMV/HVAC systems.

. Attend to client breakdowns and technical enquiries promptly.

. Troubleshoot AHUs, MAUs, FCUs, fans, chilled-water systems, pumps, VAV/CAV systems, controls and laboratory exhaust systems.

. Investigate technical issues, identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.

. Conduct site inspections, testing, measurements and basic air-balancing activities.

. Prepare maintenance reports, technical recommendations and quotations.

. Liaise with clients and coordinate with technicians, contractors and suppliers.

. Support ACMV upgrading works, including AHU replacement, system notification and energy-efficiency improvements.

. Support laboratory fit-out and expansion projects involving ACMV and ventilation systems.

. Assist with site coordination, installation supervision, testing and commissioning.
