You will be working in AssetLink team in Singapore, co-located with few team members and stakeholders in Zurich, Switzerland. AssetLink provides standardized solution for niche clients to provide data feeds for portfolio management. It is leading output solution providing SWIFT based feeds for transactions and positions information.

Responsibilities:

. Analyze, design, and implement solutions based on a well-defined software development life cycle
. Participate in various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for IT Projects
. Be a strong team player, collaborate with colleagues and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
. Deliver high quality technology solutions
. Ability to contribute to complex task and respond to production issues accurately
. Be passionate about what you do you value excellence, agility, learning and integrity

Mandatory Skills Description:

. 6+ years of experience of development, design and integration of mainframe solutions end to end and 3+ years working in the financial services industry.
. Proficient in Cobol, JCL, Db2, Changeman, Expeditor, IBM developer(IDZ), Tivoli workload scheduler (TWS),
. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to be able to get things done swiftly and independently.
. Experience in automated/manual testing methodologies with a focus on functional and integration testing.
. Experienced with implementing CI/CD for mainframe and GitLab facilitated software delivery.
. Understanding in webservices (SOAP/REST) and supported data structures such as XML, JSON.
. Applies well-defined and disciplined development, implementation, and production processes.
. Know-how about electronic client reporting(SWIFT/ISO20022) is an advantage.
. Should possess knowledge of agile development and tools - JIRA/Confluence.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

. Good understanding of Agile-based execution processes.
. Proven skills in performance tuning and quality improvements.
. Good communication skills.
. Prior financial/banking experience is highly desirable.
