Hi there! We are Digi-Up!, a Singapore-based social enterprise on a mission to make learning fun and accessible for all ages. We design gamified, interactive learning experiences that empower individuals like seniors and youths to confidently navigate the digital world. The Role

Were looking for a Main Facilitator to lead our workshops and programmes. Youll run engaging sessions, guide volunteers, and ensure participants have a meaningful experience. Most sessions are in person at community spaces, with some planning done remotely.

What Youll Do

• Facilitate Digi-Up! workshops in English and Chinese, keeping sessions engaging and inclusive
• Plan and refine workshop activities with the core team
• Guide and mentor volunteers or co-facilitators
• Manage group dynamics and encourage participation
• Handle pre-session setup and post-session wrap-up
• Collect participant feedback and share reports with the team
• Represent Digi-Up! professionally at events and workshops

What Were Looking For

• Confident facilitator with strong communication skills
• Able to connect with seniors, youths, and partners
• Calm, adaptable, and organized
• Collaborative, positive, and a team player
• Experience in facilitation, teaching, or community engagement (preferred)
• Bubbly or camera-friendly personality (a big plus!)

Commitment & Hours

• Full-time ad-hoc role; hours vary depending on workshops/events
• Workshops are typically 23 hours (mostly weekdays, occasional weekends)
• Training provided before facilitation starts

Compensation

Stipend provided, based on experience and session type (Paid on an ad-hoc basis)
