Job Description
- Receiving, sorting and packing of mails
- Prepare and ensure all acknowledgement slips are signed & filed
- Ensure delivery of outgoing mails to courier or post office
- Filing and archiving of documents / records
- Basic Data Entry to process postage reports
- Franking of outgoing mails
- Arrange for courier service to deliver documents / packages
- Maintain adequate mailroom supplies
- Process Outgoing registered mails for local & overseas
Work Hours
Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6.00pm
Alternate Sat 9.30am to 1.30pm
