  • Receiving, sorting and packing of mails
  • Prepare and ensure all acknowledgement slips are signed & filed
  • Ensure delivery of outgoing mails to courier or post office
  • Filing and archiving of documents / records
  • Basic Data Entry to process postage reports
  • Franking of outgoing mails
  • Arrange for courier service to deliver documents / packages
  • Maintain adequate mailroom supplies
  • Process Outgoing registered mails for local & overseas

Work Hours

Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6.00pm

Alternate Sat 9.30am to 1.30pm
