Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiries (walk-in & online)
- Conduct helper interviews and prepare biodata
- Arrange employer-helper interviews
- Match suitable candidates to employers
- Manage full placement process (sales to deployment)
- Handle MOM WP Online transactions & documentation
- Coordinate MOM appointments
- Provide after-sales support
- Maintain proper records (Excel & Word)
Working Hours
- Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Requirements
- CEI (Basic) - compulsory
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Strong coordination and admin skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and team player
