URGENT HIRING - Customer Service Officer (Maid Agency, Katong)
Location: Katong Shopping Centre (East)

We are a licensed maid agency seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers, email, and phone enquiries
• Conduct interviews and assessments of domestic helpers
• Handle administrative and documentation duties

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Weekends: 10:30am - 5.30pm
• Sunday off

• CEI Certified
