Join a front-office structuring role in a fast-paced trading floor environment where you help shape client financing solutions from idea to execution.

You will broaden your platform across sales, trading, debt capital markets, and banking while building deep expertise in structured financing products.
This is an opportunity to sharpen your pricing, modeling, documentation, and risk skills while driving impactful client outcomes.

As a Vice President in the structuring team, you will develop, price, and document structured financing solutions tailored to client needs, with a focus on fixed income financing transactions. You will help originate and distribute structures, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and engaging clients with clear, credible desk ideas. You will apply a strong understanding of market drivers, risk, capital considerations, and regulatory frameworks to support thoughtful execution across the transaction lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

  • Structuring development, documentation, financial modelling and pricing of structured financing products for both origination and distribution to suit client needs, with a focus on financing transactions in India and South East Asia
  • Understand drivers of relevant local markets including but not limited to credit risk, market risk, capital requirements, legal framework, regulatory requirements, de-risk channels and establish a high degree of competence with both internal stakeholders and clients around executing trades
  • Understands firm's approach and policies for managing risks in relevant business and applicable legal and regulatory rules, and follows policies.
  • Build foundation of trust with both internal stakeholders and clients by demonstrating an understanding of their needs, clearly articulating desk ideas, and being responsive.
  • Prepare presentation materials, financial models, internal risk analysis memos, term sheets and work with legal to negotiate transaction documents.
  • Assist with the post trade process by ensuring the accuracy of all entries and to ensure internal controls are followed.


Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Entrepreneurial drive with strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Minimum 6 years of experience working within an investment bank structured financing or relevant desks, previous exposure in legal would be a plus
  • Familiarity with loan documentations and common structured financing structures
  • Demonstrable proficiency with market and product lingo. Well versed in the quantitative nature and framework of own product (e.g., documentation, pricing, models, etc).
  • Understands the different types of risk and can discuss in detail ways of managing these risk.
  • Execution orientated with thorough understanding of drivers in relevant markets, transaction cycle, the steps in the process and able to explain and anticipate market movements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines

  • Ability to communicate concepts and ideas, both verbally and via documentation, and be able to defend their validity and target messages to different audiences.
