Job scope

• Recognize, understand, and report flight/product safety critical parts and processes participate in proactive risk analysis.
• Read and interpret specifications, blueprints, and job instructions to perform repairs and machining operations measure and verify products for accuracy using precision instruments.
• Set up, operate, and maintain machines (CNC, Grinding, Lapping, CMM, Polishing, etc.) perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Support audits, inspections, continuous improvement, and cross-training of team members supervise and train trainees as needed.
• Follow all safety requirements, report unsafe practices, and perform other duties as assigned.
