Machinist ( turning / milling ) - Aerospace

We are seeking a skilled Machinist with expertise in turning and milling for our aerospace operations in Singapore The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in manufacturing high-precision components, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our aerospace production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines for aerospace components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
• Perform precision measurements and inspections on machined parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and product quality.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in CNC machining, specifically in turning and milling operations.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and understanding geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with aerospace materials and machining processes is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, preferably with G-code and M-code.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges effectively.
