Job Responsibilities:
- Perform In-situ primary structure rework not limited to machining, blending, reaming and honing
- Understand Aircraft & Component OEM repair instructions for given task
- Good knowledge in material & specification used in accordance with Aircraft & Component OEM repair instructions
- Possess skill & knowledge operating Lathe & Milling machine for repair part manufacturing
- Possess skill for OEM Aircraft & Component standard practices for Bearing and Bush replacement
- Able to work in confined space and height to carry out Aircraft & Component OEM repair instruction s
- Good housekeeping & tool/equipment/machine maintenance practices
- Good teamwork & able to work independent
- Good communication skill in English & able to interpret document accurately.
- Operates and maintains lathe and milling machines.
- Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints or samples to ensure accurate production.
- Takes precise measurements for cutting or shaping.
- Selects appropriate machine and settings for a given task.
- Plans proper sequence of tasks to complete the assignment.
- Monitors production, adjusting feed and other settings as necessary.
- Maintains inventory of completed products.
- Checks output for quality assurance and documents or discards defects.
- Identifies need for and performs machine maintenance and minor repairs.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- NTC or equivalent
- Experience working with machine tools or mechanical assembly
- Working knowledge of safety protocols
- Apprenticeship or vocational training preferred
