CNC machinist who has experience operating a CNC machining as well as able to read basic G code. Strong understanding of different machining methods and the tools used.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Machines: Set up and operate CNC machines to machine parts to specifications from engineering drawings.
- Quality Control: Perform inspections and measurements of machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to CNC operations, tooling, and programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless integration of CNC machining processes into overall production workflow.
- Adhere to all applicable EHS rules and regulations and employee's EHS responsibilities.
- Ensure product quality, equipment care, meet production output/pace, housekeeping and schedules.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum secondary level education
- NTC or equivalent preferred
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge in operating of machines
- Able to perform rotating shift
