Salary: Up to $3,500 + AWS + bonus
Location: Pioneer (Company Transport Provided)

Working Hours
. Day Shift: 7.30am - 5.00pm (Mon-Fri)
. Night Shift: 7.30pm - 5.00am (Mon-Fri)
. Rotating shifts every 2 weeks
. Night Shift Allowance: $14/night

As a Machinist, you will operate a variety of CNC and conventional machines, contributing directly to the precision, quality, and reliability of components used in the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, EDM, lathes, grinders, milling machines, drilling machines, and specialised equipment
• Perform precision machining, rework, and modifications of engine components, tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
• Follow products through various machining processes to ensure quality and accuracy
• Use precision measuring instruments, gauges, and hand tools to verify specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work instructions
• Maintain production records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement, quality, safety, and housekeeping initiatives
• Assist team members and support operational requirements as needed

Requirements

• NTC or equivalent qualification preferred
• Good mechanical aptitude and technical mindset
• Knowledge or experience in operating machining equipment
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Able to perform rotating shifts
