Machinery Operator

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
• Monitor line for defective materials and perform any other related work in accordance with line quality.
• Cooperate with the maintenance department to ensure the production line works smoothly and daily productivity.
• Set up the machines, operate the machines to meet or exceed daily output target and quality expectation
• Ensure that there are sufficient raw materials for daily production usage. If there is shortage, put up the request to Leads for raw materials needed.
• Check machine safety is functioning correctly and report whenever necessary.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Document production reports and machine performance.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and facilities as required.
• Support the other departments if needed.
• Need to work night shifts and extended hours as required.
