Must know Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setters, Tenders, Metal and Plastic : Set up, operate, or tend grinding and related tools that remove excess material or burrs from surfaces, sharpen edges or corners, or buff, hone, or polish metal or plastic work pieces.

• Setup machine as required by drawing specifications.
• Determine product dimensions, tooling, and to plan operational sequence by studying work orders, or machining instructions.
• Make changes to machine operation when necessary.
• Select tooling to be used in machine operation, utilizing knowledge of machine and production requirements.
• Thread and hand feed materials through machine cutters or abraders.
• Inspect or measure product through the use of measuring instruments to ensure conformance.
• Hone parts to prescribed dimensions.
• Follow the company Health and Safety Policy and practice safe working habits, industrial hygiene and good housekeeping around benches and machines.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

- Min 6 Years experience in Honing Machine setting and CNC Machine setting system.

- Knowledge of MS office.

- Able to work OT.

- Excellent coordination skills.

- Able to work in Night shifts.

- Able to working at Height.

• Ability to training fresher's & operators in work area.
• Select the Tool, cutting speed & feed as per work piece materials.
• Ability of control manpower through allocating of work in a shift.
• Knowledge of Quality & Environment management systems applicable.
• Ability to prepare departmental reports production & rejection.
