Overview
We are looking for a ML Research Engineer to join the AI Product team.This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has strong ML / DL fundamentals
- Is excited about LLMs, VLMs, and Agentic AI
- Wants to work on real-world, production-impact AI systems
You will work closely with experienced researchers to build cutting-edge AI solutions and bring them into production.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions using LLMs and VLMs to solve real-world enterprise problems
- Design and build Agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning workflows
- Conduct experiments:
- Data preparation
- Model training & evaluation
- Performance validation
- Build prototypes / POCs to test new ideas quickly
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to productionise models
- Deliver projects with clear business impact and measurable outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong foundation in deep learning fundamentals: Optimization methods, Loss functions, Model architectures, Training dynamics
- Hands-on experience with transformer-based models (CV or NLP)
- Strong programming skills (Python + solid DSA fundamentals)
