We are looking for a Machine Learning/Data Scientist to drive our healthcare spatial optimization initiative. You will analyze RTLS data (patients, staff, equipment) to improve hospital floor space utilization, patient flow, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop ML models for spatial analysis, flow prediction, and resource optimization.
- Build clustering, forecasting, and reinforcement learning algorithms for continuous improvements.
- Create geospatial dashboards, heatmaps, and reports for clinical and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with healthcare teams to implement data-driven layout and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data governance (HIPAA/GDPR).
Requirements
- Master's in Data Science/CS/Stats/OR or related field.
- 5-7 years ML/Data Science experience with IoT/location-based data.
- Strong in Python/R, ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with spatial analytics (GeoPandas, PostGIS, QGIS/ArcGIS).
- Healthcare domain knowledge preferred.
