Job Summary
As a CBRE MAC Associate, you will lead the planning and execution of workplace and infrastructure change projects, including office moves, space reconfigurations, and furniture additions. You will collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the management of office moves and space reconfigurations for assigned buildings to meet client requirements and timelines
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal policies, procedures, and applicable legal standards throughout project execution
- Oversee preparation and accuracy of complex project documentation, maintaining task checklists and relocation databases to identify and resolve inconsistencies
- Manage asset orders including additions, removals, and relocations to support project needs
- Prepare for and actively participate in MAC meetings with clients to communicate project status and address concerns
- Coordinate with vendors to secure proposals and manage Request for Proposals (RFPs) when necessary, ensuring competitive and compliant procurement
- Monitor project financials by verifying purchase orders prior to implementation and reviewing invoices and payment applications for accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated project issues to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction
- Collaborate regularly with external contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
- Supervise work conducted outside of office hours to maintain project schedules and safety standards
- Provide on-site supervision post-move to support teams and ensure successful project closeout
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge and use of AutoCAD to interpret and manage floor plans and drawings (preferred)
- Diploma or Degree with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in MAC and facilities management environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Advanced organizational skills combined with an inquisitive mindset to proactively identify issues and solutions
- Experience working in fast-paced multinational environments, demonstrating adaptability and effective collaboration
