Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced M365 Engineer to set up, manage, and secure our Microsoft 365 environment. You will be responsible for deploying and operating M365 services, managing endpoint devices, and leading security and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage M365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, Intune, Windows 10/11).
- Conduct POCs for device management, applications, and security controls.
- Manage lifecycle of DLP, labels, and endpoint devices.
- Design and document solutions for enterprise architecture and security reviews.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and automate tasks with PowerShell.
- Collaborate with IT teams for integrations and provide technical guidance to users.
- Stay updated with M365 features and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5-8 years experience in M365 environments.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Teams, Exchange Online, Intune, Windows 10/11.
- Experience in hybrid environments and PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge of Azure AD, DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, and compliance features.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Able to work independently as a standalone contributor.
