M&E Technician

Duties:

• Hands-on role with a diverse range of responsibilities, from fixing lighting and power issues to maintaining raised floors and plumbing.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of office equipment and infrastructure, including lighting, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and responding promptly to employee requests.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless and efficient work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Relevant technical or trade qualifications, such as a diploma or certificate in electrical, plumbing, or facilities maintenance
