Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve individual revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new clients across Singapore
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Lead client presentations, pitches, and proposal development
- Drive consultative sales conversations, understanding client objectives and translating them into event solutions
- Develop and grow long-term client relationships to generate repeat and upsell opportunities
- Support event planning and coordination in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
- Ensure smooth delivery of meetings and events
- Represent JTB at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in MICE, events, or agency environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred candidates with relevant experience and qualifications will also be considered.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of consultative / solution-based selling
- Strong interest in the Meetings & Events industry
- Experience engaging corporate clients and key decision-makers
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel across the region
