Key Responsibilities: . Supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) installation works on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes of practice. . Monitor site progress and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works. . Maintain comprehensive site records including inspections, testing reports, defect rectification, work progress, material usage, and safety documentation. . Conduct inspection, testing, and commissioning of lift systems. . Inspect and verify electrical systems including Main Switch Boards (MSB), Distribution Boards (DB), busbar systems, lighting, power points, and mechanical fans. . Inspect lightning protection systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. . Oversee inspection and testing of ACMV systems including Chilled Water (CHW) units, Fan Coil Units (FCU), ducting, and Mechanical Ventilation (MV) systems. . Inspect sanitary and plumbing systems to ensure proper installation and functionality. . Inspect fire protection systems including sprinklers, hose reels, fire alarm systems, and related safety installations.
