Project Location: River Valley Road area (Mixed Development)
Job Description:
- Assist the Resident Engineer and Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager
- Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Resident Engineer and/or Consultant team.
- Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
- Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
- Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
- Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
- Maintain site records and issue site memos for non-compliance.
- Estimated commencement of work in Oct/Nov 2025.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
- A registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Resident Technical Officer on local projects.
- Experience in supervision of Mechanical Services installation for residential, hotel or retail would be added advantage.
- Familiar with local codes and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills.
