M&E Quantity Surveyor (Tender/Main-contractor)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Tender and Bidding Team with measurements, Bills of Quantities, contract reviews, and tender submissions.
• Manage contracts for projects, including procurement and cost analysis.
• Source and compare three quotes for materials and monitor orders.
• Prepare monthly progress claims, variation orders, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Address Extensions of Time and related claims.
• Perform additional quantity surveying tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, MS Excel).
