Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)
- Office: Near Jalan Besar / Lavender MRT
- Project Site: ICA (Lavander MRT)
- $3500 to $4200
Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances)
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant experience in electrical or M&E construction projects.
- Familiar with variation orders, progress claims and contract administration.
- Able to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in retrofitting or A&A projects will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Job scopes
- Handle quantity surveying duties for electrical works from pre-contract to post-contract stage.
- Prepare cost estimation, tendering, budgeting and procurement for electrical projects.
- Monitor project costs, variation orders, progress claims and final accounts.
- Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for electrical works.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
- Prepare monthly claims, cost reports and project documentation.
