M&E Company in the field of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems located in Woodlands

Responsibilities

1. QS to take-off BQ (M&E)

2. Request quotation from supplier

3. Assist project team to prepare submission document shop drawing

Requirements

1. NITEC/Higher NITEC / Diploma In Quantity Surveying / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in building / M&E services / ACMV would be an added advantage

3. Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and execute tasks effectively

4. Computer skills in BIM, AutoCAD & Microsoft Office

5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

6. Good interpersonal and communication skills

Additional Information

1. Able to start work immediately or on short notice

2. 5.5 days work week
