• 1 year experience: SGD 1,500 - 3,000

• 2-3 years experience: SGD 3,000 - 4,500

• Working Days: 6 days per week

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• Work Location: Project sites (site visits required depending on project assignment)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Quantity Surveyor to support construction project cost management from pre-contract to post-contract stages. This role involves quantity take-off, cost monitoring, contract administration, and progress claims preparation to ensure projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties

• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for M&E works

• Prepare and submit progress claims and payment certifications

• Conduct final account quantity checks and submissions

• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures remain within approved budgets

• Assist with contract administration, documentation, and negotiations

• Prepare tender documents and contract documentation

• Perform cost analysis, track variations, and prepare cost reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction or M&E quantity surveying

• Strong knowledge of construction costing, tendering, and contract administration

• Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail

• Willingness to visit and work at project sites when required
