M&E Quality Surveyor (QS)

Due to business expansion, we are now seeking experienced and responsible M&E QS (Quality Surveyor) engineers to join our team and grow with the company.

Work Location: TUAS (Company provides shuttle bus service)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for general contracting project quotation and pricing, and participating in business negotiations with the client (QS)

2. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing subcontracting contracts (company provides standard templates)

3. Verify on-site work quantities weekly and reconcile progress payments with the auditor monthly

4. Identify local Singapore material suppliers and assist the company's purchasing staff in familiarizing themselves with the local materials market.

Requirements:

- Fluent in both English and Chinese

- Relevant QS work experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in the Singapore construction industry

- Familiar with local project quotation, contract management, and progress payment processes

- Diligent and responsible, with excellent communication and coordination skills

- Able to independently handle relevant business and on-site measurement work.
