Job Responsibilities
- Seeking tender opportunity
- Attend site briefing before tendering the project.
- Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials required.
- Obtaining sub-contractor's quotation for various trade
- Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities and discuss with Senior QS for pricing.
- Prepare for final submission and follow up with Tender Questionnaire reply and Interview.
- Monitoring progress and liaising with vendor.
- Attending site meeting for on-going project.
- Process VO and preparing final accounts.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.
Job Requirements
You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure.
- Diploma/Degree in QS course or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in ID industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Gebiz tender portal would be an advantage.
- Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
