Job Summary
Lead and manage M&E projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance, quality workmanship, timely delivery, and effective cost control. The role requires strong coordination with consultants, contractors, clients, and all relevant stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update project schedules, resources, and milestones.
- Monitor site work, verify subcontractor progress, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain good communication with clients, consultants, authorities, and partners.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage changes, improve processes, and support digital tools adoption.
- Analyse, manage and track project costs against budget
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and procurement plans.
- Lead project meetings, track issues and resolutions, and report project status to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in Electrical Systems (HV/LV, ELV, lighting, power distribution).
- ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical in any engineering field.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Proficient in project management software and reading drawings.
- Good understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
