Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish
- Organize and oversee construction procedures to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage the overall implementation and completion of projects within the scheduled time, cost, and quality
- Recommend appropriate risk control measures to reduce or eliminate risks identified during assessments
- Monitor the progress of projects and update management regarding any schedule variances
- Develop, monitor, and review equipment and manpower deployment plans for project sites
- Assist in plan and specification analysis to provide clear and traceable designs and drawings for construction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (A Master's degree is highly advantageous).
- 10+ years of DC construction / greenfield projects experience is required for the role
- Excellent knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
- Able to commence immediate or within a short notice period will be a plus
- Certified Data Centre Professional / Certified Data Centre Specialist will be a plus
