Job Scope

• Coordinate and manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project works to ensure timely and smooth execution
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements
• Plan, schedule, and monitor site activities proactively identify and resolve technical and site issues
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure proper coordination of M&E services
• Prepare and submit progress reports, claims, variation orders, and relevant project documentation follow up on certifications and payments
• Monitor project progress to ensure works are completed within schedule and budget
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems in accordance with project specifications
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations, codes of practice, and safety requirements
• Promote and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards on site
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors and their safety personnel on all safety-related matters
• Ensure proper documentation and timely handover of completed works to management or client

Requirement

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in M&E or construction projects
