Job Summary
Coordinate and drive project execution by managing stakeholder communications, site progress, manpower deployment, and material logistics to ensure timely delivery of mechanical and electrical engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead communication with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and stakeholders by attending meetings to report project status and align objectives
- Represent the project team in site progress meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items to maintain project momentum
- Liaise with consultants to coordinate and secure timely, accurate submissions for project compliance
- Support the development and implementation of project-specific mechanical and electrical (M&E) frameworks and plans to guide execution
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to schedule and coordinate site inspections and monitor work progress
- Manage daily manpower movement and deployment to optimize resource allocation on site
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to assess and determine material quantities and specifications required for project phases
- Monitor overall site progress and development to identify and address potential delays or issues proactively
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office to prepare reports and manage project documentation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project coordination with emphasis on M&E, logistics, and stakeholder management
- Experience coordinating with multiple parties including consultants, contractors, and community stakeholders
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and solve problems effectively under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey project information clearly and professionally
