M&E Manager

Oversee and manage all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works to ensure timely completion in line with project schedules

Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to address technical matters and ensure alignment with project requirements

Coordinate with contractors to ensure proper integration and smooth execution of M&E works

Attend and contribute to site, progress, and MEP coordination meetings to monitor developments and resolve issues

Ensure all M&E activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and workplace safety regulations

Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure quality standards and project specifications are consistently met

Liaise with relevant authorities to secure approvals and maintain regulatory compliance

Support the project team with any additional tasks or responsibilities as required
