Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and M&E subcontractors to meet project timelines and requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure works comply with authority regulations and contract requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Prepare M&E master schedules and identify critical milestones and authority inspections.
- Track project progress, performance, and deliverables against the project plan.
- Identify, record, and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary.
- Prepare and submit project status updates to management.
- Ensure project execution stays within the approved budget.
- Update management regularly on project progress.
- Participate in tender preparation and evaluation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree or Master's in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of local experience in managing M&E construction projects.
- Strong technical expertise in Electrical or M&E works.
