Led end-to-end management of Mechanical & Electrical works including HVAC, power distribution, fire protection, plumbing, and BMS systems for a large-scale arena development.
Directed design coordination, authority submissions (BCA/SCDF/EMA), and ensured compliance with Singapore regulatory and Green Mark requirements.
Ensure compliance with local authorities, codes of practice, and industry standards.
Enforce workplace safety procedures for M&E activities.
Oversaw installation, site coordination, and resolution of technical clashes to meet project milestones and quality standards.
Supervised testing & commissioning, integrated systems validation, and successful project handover for operational readiness.
Controlled M&E budget, assessed variations, and provided progress reporting to senior stakeholders.
Plan M&E construction sequences and interfacing with architectural and civil works.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (recognized by PEB Singapore preferred).
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in large-scale commercial, mixed-use, integrated resort, or stadium/arena projects.
Strong knowledge of Singapore building regulations including BCA, SCDF, EMA, and Green Mark requirements.
Proven experience managing full M&E lifecycle: design, tender, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover.
Demonstrated leadership in managing consultants, contractors, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
Strong understanding of high-capacity HVAC, emergency power systems, fire & life safety, and integrated arena/event systems.
Will be stationed at West and move to Bayfront site office when ready.
