M&E Facilities Technician
- Up till $2700 basic + OT (Gross up till $3300) + Variable Bonus
- 4 days work week (2 x days shift, 8am to 8pm & 2 x night shift, 8pm to 8am)

The Responsibilities
- Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Mechanical).
- Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works.
- Carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings , including troubleshooting and repairing M&E systems.
- Attend to defects and customers complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
- Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
- Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
- Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
The Requirements
- 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
- NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Building / Facility Management or maintenance
