M&E ENGINEER

JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborate and work together with a team to study and optimize building services design and energy performance.

2. Review and study the building services design and system efficiency and able to provide the solution to optimize the design and energy reduction.

3. Conduct thorough site survey (able to climb to roof, scaffold, stairs etc.) to understand the building services design/provisions and performance, able to analyse existing or improved building services solutions for operational feasibility.

4. Overall project planning and management to meet client timeline and budget.

5. Knowledge & experience in Green Mark Certification and application, familiar with current relevant authorities requirements and submission procedures will be advantageous.

6. Assist in managing, planning and coordinating building services engineering works to meet time, cost and quality objectives.

7. Any other duties as and when assigned by the department head or supervisor-in-charge.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from recognised universities. Candidates with extensive experience will be considered.

2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related consultancy firm and field in building services.

3. Self-driven, independent, and resourceful.

4. Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative, and responsible.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
