Job Description
We are seeking an experienced M&E Engineer / Senior M&E Engineer to support the execution of building services projects across commercial and industrial developments. The successful candidate will be involved in the full project lifecycle - from engineering coordination and design review through to site supervision and commissioning.
Candidates with experience in Singapore building M&E projects are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and coordinate M&E engineering drawings, technical submissions, and specifications
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project execution and technical matters
- Monitor and supervise site progress, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of M&E systems
- Ensure adherence to Singapore authority requirements including BCA, SCDF, PUB, and EMA guidelines
- Support project meetings, documentation, material submissions, and progress reporting
- Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant M&E building project experience in Singapore
- Familiar with ACMV, electrical power and lighting, fire protection and alarm, plumbing and sanitary, and ELV systems
- Proficient in AutoCAD familiarity with BIM and CSD coordination preferred
- Sound knowledge of local codes of practice and authority submission requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Working location: Jurong East
- Salary: SGD 4,500 - 6,500/month, commensurate with qualifications and experience
