Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Planning / Scheduling and coordination of M&E works
  • Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines.
  • Responsible for on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks.
  • Oversee and ensure works is carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements.
  • Conduct joint inspections with RTO.
  • Ensure M&E works are performed on time and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulation.
  • Coordinate and work closely with client, sub-contractors and project team to resolve all M&E drawings, site discrepancies and technical issues
  • Manage M&E sub-contractor's work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval.
  • Coordinate M&E works with Client's representative, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
  • Attend project meetings liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors on M&E issues and challenges

Requirements :

  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
