M&E Engineer

. Assist Project Manager to ensure that site activities are executed in accordance with job specifications, within budget and time schedules.

. Prepare Material Take offs, design calculation, project scheduling, equipment proposal, technical submission and drawing.

. Tracking and updating status of submitted documents.

. Coordinate, monitor & execute site activities.

. Prepare Progress Reports and Claims.

. Prepare Method Statement, Risk Assessments, Safe work procedure for various installation works.

. Maintain ISO documentation & records.

. Procurement, receiving & checking of items/equipment/services.

. Oversees equipment installation works, resolving problems and upholding safety management.

. Strict compliance with company and authorities practices, policies, rules and regulations.

. Liaise with clients/sub-contractors/project team, for their needs and requirements.

. Attend all site / progress meetings.

. Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule

Requirements

Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma

Work experience- at least two year relevant working experience in related fields

Job type- full time

Required languages: English and able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers
